A global software tech firm in Thames Valley is looking to hire a Reward Analyst in a newly created role.
Supporting the Global VP Reward, you will be responsible for the annual reward and performance cycle including salary surveys, benchmarking and job levelling.
Key projects include the design and implementation of a consolidated reward philosophy, new incentive plans and a new job grading framework.
To excel, you will have a good experience in reward, with broad experience across compensation. You will ensure changes are communicated effectively to the business and will have a strong influencing and analytical style working to strict deadlines. You will also have good Excel skills and work collaboratively with HRBPs and the business.
