We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with this leading FMCG business who’s head office is located in South Yorkshire.  They now have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Trainer to join their HR function to lead and develop their competence and skills matrix.

You will have prior experience of working to and developing a skills matrix by the design and delivery of both technical and soft skills training across the business.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within this sector (or similar sector) and be a competent and credible trainer who is dedicated to an approach of continuous improvement.

You will ideally have experience of being involved in training academies and be a driven and motivated individual who is keen to make a difference and add value to a business bottom line.

You will be joining a high profile business who are the forefront of their sector driving change and growth across their sector.

This role would suit creative and ideas focused individual who us happy to be mobile across the UK with the initiative to manage their own diary.
