Hudson are currently partnering with a highly visible Retail Brand with sites across the UK to hire an HR Manager to complete a 6 Month FTC. Following a merger with a Global European Brand, our client requires an experienced HR Manager to set up HR policies and procedures for a satellite office in Central London. Whilst the client group is currently relatively small, they are looking for you to identify potential L&D opportunities with a focus on retaining and developing talent. We are seeking the following skills and experience:

  • Review and update of all HR policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose across the wider group
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management
  • End-to-end recruitment including induction and onboarding
  • Review current HR IT System and set up all administration processes
  • Coaching line Managers
  • Identification of L&D opportunities
