Graduate Recruitment Business Partner
A new role for a period of 9 - 12 months focusing on the TA strategy and approach in a large complex organisation
My client is a global professional services business.
In this role, you will work across all business areas to establish Grad and Apprentice requirements and work with external parties to deliver them.
Design and deliver the attraction strategy at key universities and schools, in line with business wide and local strategic goals.
Coordinate, host and resource a wide variety of campus and schools based events - such as employ-ability skills sessions, presentation evenings, brand events and office insight days.
Own the relationship with university careers services, student clubs & societies and local schools - advising on business specific and market-wide developments.
Drive necessary interventions on campus to support the recruitment of the required headcount both locally and nationally.
Extensive recruitment experience within in-house environments is essential.
You will have a proven track record within graduate and early careers.
Design and delivery of employer branding initiatives.
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills are essential. You will be adept at dealing with the challenges of a complex organisation.
£40,000 -£50,000 + benefits
role will last for 9 - 12 months based in Newcastle
