Flexible Benefits Consultant
This is a short (10 days over a 1 month period) project working with a small but growing Professional Services consultancy. The organisation has been through a period of growth but still need to make their remuneration and benefits offering more competitive.
They are looking for a Flexible Benefits Expert to work with them on this project taking a lead on identifying new offerings
This will include
- Pricing existing benefits/elements, benchmarking and costing some new ones. Looking at tax implications in those costings.
- Recommending solutions to the board.
- Mapping out the change process required.
Our client is looking for an experienced and specialist benefits consultant capable of advising and recommending a best fit solution. You must be confident dealing with, and answering questions around, Tax and NI implications.
The expectation is that you would be Midlands based spending time in London and Swindon as well as home.
Day Rate : £ negotiable dependent on experience. (c£550 p/d).
Start Date : Flexible. Project to be completed by September 2017 (although ideally sooner)
