Interim Senior HR Advisor - Birmingham - c£38,000 + benefits
Based from Birmingham City Centre this is an opportunity to join a major UK business as an interim Senior HR Advisor. Working in partnership with others in a small and effective HR team you will be taking responsibility for a varied and corporate HR / ER workload, providing advice and support to senior managers and qualified staff on absence management, performance and capability issues.
Working closely with HR Business Partners you will also be involved in some HR project work and delivering workshops to managers
In order to be considered for this vacancy you must:
- Have an excellent knowledge of Employment Law and Employee Relations, the practical application of it and the impact this can have within a business.
- Have experience of dealing with a varied and sometim1es complex caseload including absence management, performance and capability issues
- Have a strong Customer Services ethos and be confident dealing with staff at all levels.
We are looking for individuals with the capability to operate effectively in a high profile role with a blue chip corporate body. Strong academic qualifications and experience to date in a similar corporate environment would be highly advantageous.
This is a 10-12 month interim contract with an October 2017 start date.
