Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting for one of the most prestigious retail brands in the world, recruiting for an Executive Compensation Manager role.

You will be working closely with the Head of Executive Compensation and Director of Reward to prepare and advise on all aspects of Compensation (and benefits) for the executive population.

The successful candidate will be partnering with HRBPs within the business to support on hiring at VP level and above when preparing supporting documentation regarding these hires to the board. As the Executive Compensation Manager you will have direct experience of working as a specialist for a highly matrix and fast paced organisation, will in-depth executive reward experience including in-depth knowledge of share schemes including LTIPS and buyouts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of assisting with the development of RemCo documents too.
