Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global leader in the Technology space, recruiting for a Reward Manager to join their elite HR team. This role will be reporting directly into the Chief HR Officer and will be operating in a standalone capacity. Our client is a forward thinking, fast paced, technology business looking for a driven, delivery focused professional. Although their primary office is based in South West London, our client offers a flexible working arrangement and therefore working from home is a possibility.

The successful candidate will be leading on the design and implementation of a market leading reward strategy for an internationally growing business. With a large focus on the European markets, broader European reward experience is desirable but not essential. You will be leading on year end processes across salary reviews and bonus programmes. Ideally, you will also have solid employee share scheme experience with the ability to design and administer such schemes.

As part of the Reward Manager role you will also be overseeing the benefits offering for our client, which will involve identifying opportunities to improve their current offering as well as leading on vendor relationships. You will be ensuring the overall compensation and benefits offering is benchmarked appropriately and able to utilize information to ensure this is the case. Ideally, the successful candidate will have an ability to also identify opportunities to improve processes around the use of HRIS within the business, which could include general maintenance.

Our client offers a mature working environment and can also offer a flexible working arrangement if required. As this is a standalone role, you will need to work autonomously, with a results driven attitidue. The line manager has a keen interest in reward however they are looking to empower the Reward Manager to lead this function and simply maintain communications with them about this.
