A niche Financial Services organisation based in the City of London is currently looking for a VP to join the reward team and manage remuneration and regulatory matters.

Working in a small team and reporting to the Head of Reward, the VP will have a lot of senior exposure and be responsible for:

Supporting with the year-end salary review process

Amending and updating deferral bonus and phantom share plan data

Regulatory matters - MRT identification, SMR & RemCo

Data analysis and reporting on salary data

Analysing and preparing documentation for RemCo

Key requirements:

Strong analytical skills & advanced excel (Macro and Pivots)

Understanding of regulations and remuneration with Financial Services

Confident liaising with Senior Stakeholders

Ability and willingness to support HR with broader projects
