A niche Financial Services organisation based in the City of London is currently looking for a VP to join the reward team and manage remuneration and regulatory matters. Working in a small team and reporting to the Head of Reward, the VP will have a lot of senior exposure and be responsible for:Supporting with the year-end salary review processAmending and updating deferral bonus and phantom share plan dataRegulatory matters - MRT identification, SMR & RemCoData analysis and reporting on salary dataAnalysing and preparing documentation for RemCo Key requirements:Strong analytical skills & advanced excel (Macro and Pivots)Understanding of regulations and remuneration with Financial ServicesConfident liaising with Senior StakeholdersAbility and willingness to support HR with broader projects To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
