Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting for a major retail bank in central London recruiting for an Executive Compensation and Regulatory Manager.

The successful candidate will be leading on Executive compensation for the group, responsible for implementing executive pay and bonus processes as well as being the central point of contact to offer expert advice and guidance on matters surrounding executive pay and regulations.

Reporting directly into the Head of Reward, you will work collaboratively in implementing the company wide exec compensation and regulatory reward strategy. You will be supporting the MRT process and all regulatory submissions as well as managing annual pay and bonus reviews.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a highly regulated, highly matrix and fast paced organisation. The team is lean and extremely supportive offering great exposure to the total reward offering.
