RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT - INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT WITH LIKELY EXTENSION
This leading Personalised Media brand with a growing global presence is looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant, to join their team on an initial 6 month contract with the potential for the role to be made permanent.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interested in the media world and will have some administrative recruitment experience.
- Managing the talent diary
- Scheduling meetings, lunches, interviews, rooms etc.
- Managing the candidate experience
- Project managing multiple diaries at any one time

- Project management and experience of expert diary management required
- A fun personality, a hard-working attitude and a keen eye for detail
- Previous administrative recruitment co-ordination experience is preferred, although general admin experience will also be considered.
