Health and Wellbeing Manager – South London

Our client is looking for a Health and Well Being Manager to join this global corporate company based in South London. 

The role is an exciting full time permanent position where the elements of a traditional Occupational Health Advisor role will be present. The long-term case management will be in-depth and one case may last up to 18 months for one patient. The successful candidate can expect to complete 5-6 cases per month.

You will co-ordinate long term sickness absence management and manage an active caseload of long term case management, to assist employees in facilitating effective return to work programmes.

You must be a Registered Nurse who has experience within a senior/managerial position and Occupational Health or Health and Well Being and must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working independently.
