HR GeneralistPermanentSlough, Berkshire£40 - 45KMy client, a global Tech business, are seeking a HR Generalist to join their HR team to a senior support capacity. You will be responsible for looking after all areas from compliance to event management, as well as supporting the Head of HR with everything from learning and development to recruitment.Someone with a calm and professional manner, who is used to working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities is crucial for this role. You must also be an experienced individual who has both a good understanding of business' needs and HR processes.Duties will include:Reporting: both weekly and monthly - headcount, projects, forecastingManaging compliance work and activities, liaising with the legal compliance teamLearning and development: organising training events, working to a set budget, running the company internal Software Certification programme, updating the company training trackerEvent management: end-to-end management of annual and adhoc events, including internal Graduate and Intern events, team building, management workshops, and employee engagement activities: sports and yoga activitiesSupporting the recruitment team: pre-screening CVs, conducting HR interviews, administer technical testing and deliver a strong candidate experienceIdeal experience would be someone with exceptional organisational and project management skills, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and be constantly proactive. You do not have to have a solid career in HR, but have has exposure to a HR department before. This will be based in their Slough offices and is paying between £40-45K dependent on experience.
