We are currently seeking a Remuneration Manager VP to join our global financial services client on a permanent basis, up to £95k per annum. Candidates that wish to apply must posses financial services experience.

About the Remuneration Manager VP Level Role

As the Remuneration Manager in this global financial services organisation you will report directly into the Head of Remuneration and lead on changes, strategies, practices and policies in regards to remuneration and regulation activities within Europe and the Capital Markets. Your duties will also include but will not be limited to;

  • Administering the annual pay and bonus review within the geographical area at all levels
  • Provide data analysis whilst working closely with external survey providers ensuring that roles and grades are bench marked correctly
  • Producing accurate data for RemCo, NomCo & ExCo
  • Work closely with HR in regards to ad hoc projects around remuneration to produce competency frameworks
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure salary budgets are adhered too

About you the Remuneration Manager VP Level

As the Remuneration Manager you will have a successful track record in working as a Remuneration Manager within financial services, ideally a global organisation with experience of salary review and regulatory knowledge. You will also need to demonstrate the following skills and experience in order to be considered;

  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment including Guarantees, Material Risk Takers, Remuneration Code and Senior Manager Regime
  • Strong understanding of bonus modelling, bench marking (McLagan), international compensation structures
  • Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and explaining complex information
  • Able to explain complex financial data and communicate it in an easy way to understand
  • Excellent organisational, analytic and planning skills with high attention to detail
