Payroll & Benefits Advisor - £45-50K - 12 Month FTC - Bank

My client has a strong global presence and a reputation that really sets the benchmark in relation to service delivery and expertise within the insurance market.

Due to a maternity cover, they are in pursuit of a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join their team on a 12 month mat cover in a sole role, reporting into the HRD.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -

have managed an oustourced payroll (ideally ADP, but not essential)

be able to administer payroll on a monthly basis for the UK, Canada and USA (San Francisco)

be able to do pivot tables and v-look ups on excel

have a strong attention to detail

exposure to an overseas payroll will also be highly regarded, but not essential

be familiar with all payroll related reporting and reconciliations

have experience in pension administration as a monthly process will be performed by the candidate using Scottish Widows Assist Me system

be familiar with employee benefits, administering and answering queries from staff on these
