My client are a international health-care specialist based in Central London. Due to an exciting time of growth for the business, they are setting up their first clinic here in the UK. Therefore, they require an in-house recruiter, with medical recruitment experience, to join them on an FTC until April 2018.

This role will be a standalone position, joining a small HR team, and reporting into the HR Director. The in-house recruiter is responsible for providing recruitment support for the business across a diverse range and level of roles.

Duties will include:

High volume recruitment

Writing job descriptions alongside hiring managers

Posting job adverts externally on relevant job boards

CV screening

Conducting telephone and face to face interviews

Implementing an efficient recruitment strategy

Work with the wider business to streamline the recruitment process

Raising the profile of the business through branding and other talent attraction processes

Creating and managing relevant talent pools

Develop proactive recruitment plans and ensure they are implemented

Ensure that recruitment costs and agency costs remain low


Previous end to end recruitment experience

Knowledge and proven experience of implementing strategy and processes

Background of health-care/medical/clinical recruitment is essential

Ability/experience to work in a standalone capacity

Be value led, with a strong work ethic

Be passionate about the business and the care they give
