My client are a international health-care specialist based in Central London. Due to an exciting time of growth for the business, they are setting up their first clinic here in the UK. Therefore, they require an in-house recruiter, with medical recruitment experience, to join them on an FTC until April 2018. This role will be a standalone position, joining a small HR team, and reporting into the HR Director. The in-house recruiter is responsible for providing recruitment support for the business across a diverse range and level of roles. Duties will include: High volume recruitmentWriting job descriptions alongside hiring managersPosting job adverts externally on relevant job boardsCV screeningConducting telephone and face to face interviewsImplementing an efficient recruitment strategyWork with the wider business to streamline the recruitment processRaising the profile of the business through branding and other talent attraction processesCreating and managing relevant talent poolsDevelop proactive recruitment plans and ensure they are implementedEnsure that recruitment costs and agency costs remain low Skills/Experience: Previous end to end recruitment experienceKnowledge and proven experience of implementing strategy and processesBackground of health-care/medical/clinical recruitment is essentialAbility/experience to work in a standalone capacityBe value led, with a strong work ethicBe passionate about the business and the care they give As this role is a contract position, you must be immediately available to be considered!
