HR and Recruitment Assistant
My client a tech company are looking to hire a recruitment and HR Assistant on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Working in a busy team you will be responsible for:
- Management of the recruitment system, Taleo
- Assisting in posting adverts
- Shortlisting CV'S
- Working closely with the hiring managers in London, Crewe and the US
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and external agencies
- Generating offers and drawing up contracts.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies including managing terms and conditions
- Interaction with the US Talent Development Team
- On boarding of new hires which includes, but is not limited to Pre-employment
To carry out this role you must be able to Start ASAP and must have previous recruitment experience. You must have used the ATS Taleo. You must be highly organised and have excellent coordination skills.
