HR Manager - 9 Months maternity cover
The job will cover maternity leave for the role incumbent. Ideally from end of October/beginning of November for 9 months.
This is a very generalist job, covering the whole employee life cycle and various projects including learning and development, graduate intake, global mobility and the reward and benefits renewals.
The client group is extremely warm and welcoming but they do need to be steered by HR to work to professional standards to help the business grow.
To apply for this job, you must be able to demonstrate all of the following:
Working in a financial services SME - ideally in a stand a lone capacity.
Global mobility experience and therefore some international coverage experience.
The hours are long and this is a demanding role but you would be well compensated with a base salary from £75K to £95K.
Based in the West End.
