HR Business Partner
You will work with senior managers to design and support the implementation of organisation structures as well as lead the HR input to Organisation Design activity, building capability of leaders and employees to increase overall organisation effectiveness and participate in business change programmes to define and manage people implications of change. You will utilise effective project management techniques to scope, plan workloads and deliver projects. You will identify and drive forward organisational and HR projects that add value to the organisation, supporting the business and L & D Manager with succession planning activity. Work with business to identify appropriate people risk management strategies e.g. retention.We are looking for an experienced and credible HR business partner who can demonstrate clear understanding of financial and commercial drivers who has also has proven track record of HR delivery in a strongly commercial business. You will also be capable of juggling significant concepts and priorities simultaneously and will naturally be decisive and able to take personal responsibility. You will also be resilient, high energy, highly efficient and self-sufficient. Your communication style will be characterised by your ability to relate to others in a confident and relaxed manner, presenting a convincing case and taking action. You will have the ability to inspire and persuade others, overcome barriers and get people on board. This role will suit and individual who enjoys working in a consultative style and being closely involved in the wider business strategy but is either not being fully utilised in their current business partnering role or is looking for the opportunity to step up into a more challenging role.
