HR Governance Specialist, People Operations
My client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is looking for a Senior Specialist to ensure excellence and consistency in people operational services and the effective management of governance across the Reward and People Operations team.
You will work with the People Operations, Payroll, Reward and HRIS teams to create and monitor service level agreements and KPIs with appropriate governance and controls. You will work with the team to ensure that there is regular accurate reporting of performance against targets and agreed controls, and that opportunities to improve the service and systems are identified and implemented. You will also work with the teams to share best practice and identify opportunities to make processes more lean and effective.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of HR Process improvement and Governance projects. You will be a strong project manager and will have worked in a similar complex matrix structure ideally within in financial services.
