HRBP - Global Financial Technology
A leading Financial Technology organisation is looking for an HR Business Partner. You will lead the development and delivery of the People Strategy and solutions for your client group, partner with the leaders across the group to influence the strategic agenda and deliver strong results. Responsibilities:Drive excellence in all services delivered including strategic, transactional and business improvement activities and initiatives.Ensure the delivery of sound and professional HR guidance and seamless HR support.Operate as a peer and the key HR contact for leaders in the client groupShare the client group's goals and requirements in relation to the design, development and delivery of Group process and policiesIntroduce career and reward frameworks and establish common practices across the groupDrive people discussions and execute people plans across workforce design and planning, business development and improvement, talent succession and performance management and coachingDrive delivery and provide input to core and cyclical activities such as Resourcing, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Annual Pay Review, Talent & Succession Planning, Engagement and RetentionDrive the employee engagement action planProject responsibility for scaling up graduate recruitment and managing resourcingCo-ordinating global HR processes across the broader divisionUse people data and analytics to provide business intelligence for business decisions The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a matrix environment, ideally within either Financial Services or a Technology business.
