Role: HR Shared Service Manager

Location: Reading

Salary: £34,000

My client is a large property and facilities management firm who are looking to recruit a HR Shared Service Manager. This role would see the successful candidate manage a HR Administrators and be responsible for implementing and driving a progressive and accurate HR administrative function. This role will require you to build processes suitable for a complex and fast-moving business or order to contribute to a seamless HR function.

Key requirements include:

Build excellent stakeholders relationships with the wider HR team to support operational duties.

Support the team across the full range of HR administrative processes including recruitment, full employee life cycle and learning & development.

Maintain service quality across the full range of HR administrative processes including those related to recruitment and selection, on-boarding and terminations, contractual variations, sickness absence etc.…

Optimise the use of the HR system to ensure efficient production of HR data and management information.

Establish a strong customer focused culture of 1st line HR support focused on delivery.

Develop and implement administrative processes to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Recruit, develop and grow talent across the team so they can develop within the business.

Provide core HR data and generic reports, to the wider HR function and business.

Key skills/Experience:

Experience of managing the delivery of a HR service

Used to handling sensitive information

Advanced excel skills

Ability to analyse, interpret and present information

Experience of writing reports on a HRS or similar database

Line management experience
