Training Consultant/Client Manager
Full Time
(37.5 hours per week)
Up to £30,000 per annum plus bonus, depending on experience

The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London is one of the world’s leading drama schools and a centre of excellence for the training of actors and technical theatre students.

RADA in Business is a world leader in training people in business to communicate more effectively, to have more impact and perform better at work. We have been delivering courses and bespoke training for nearly 20 years and work with leading organisations and individuals across the world. Our profits help to fund RADA’s commercial viability and sustain the Academy and so the work is both impactful and meaningful, funding the next generation of incredible actors and technicians.

We have an exciting opportunity for you if you are passionate about designing and managing transformational training. As a Client Manager, you will help design training courses for clients, writing proposals, designing course outlines for our traditional suite of course content and working with our talented tutors. As part of this you will be building great client relationships and managing the process from enquiry, design and proposal through to delivery.

You are passionate about individual development and understand how to design training, listening to the needs of clients and able to explain how the training will meet these needs. Maybe you have a talent, HR, event management or training background inhouse or as a consultant; either way you will already have been very curious about how much this type of performing arts training has to offer the business world.

We will support your rapid development and you will get the opportunity to work on some of the most leading edge and effective training available and be part of an incredible world class institution.
