HR Change Manager
I am currently recruiting for a HR Change Manager to join an amazing international charity on a 12 months FTC. We are looking for two candidates to support the implementation of one or more change projects across marketing and HR. This role will support the delivery programmes by supporting and coaching line managers in people matters and working in conjunction with HR colleagues in the UK, Change Programme Teams, and other UK departments and globally to ensure implementation alignment between delivery teams and the team globally.
KEY SUMMARY- Experience of delivering a large scale change programme involving significant culture change across dispersed organisation- Work with the implementation team and Change Programme Team to conduct training needs analysis to identify development needs.- Support and coach managers and team members to be able to deliver the people change effectively, including up skilling HR teams on the various change tools and documents that are required to deliver an effective implementation- Manage implementation of organisation's restructure-Support the development of role profiles as required and work with other change Managers HR, to share common profiles.- Build a plan to manage the recruitment and selection process to move from current to new organisation structure.- Manage the communication of key messages and ensure it is understood by relevant staff To be successful for this position you should have significant experience delivering large scale change programmes involving significant change across a diverse organisation. You should have proven skill influencing stakeholders and the ability to shape forward plans taking into account risks and impacts.
