Regional HR Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an established HR professional with strong Employee Relations skills to support a multi-site distribution company for a 12 month FTC.
As Regional HR Manager, you will work closely with the managers to provide day-to-day generalist support to several key business areas, engaging in robust, challenging debates on people matters to ensure great commercial decisions are made.
This role will support managers predominately on Employee Relations issues so you must have a proven track record in this area and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in this area, dealing with high volume case management.
Preferably educated to Degree level and either CIPD-qualified or with significant HR experience, you’ll have a proven multi-site HR track record underpinned by strong ER skills.
You will have wide-ranging generalist experience, ideally with exposure to Operations/Warehousing/Distribution.
