We are working with a prestigious and globally renowned Management Consulting firm on an opportunity to join their Recruitment team. As a Recruiter within this team you'd be responsible for a wide remit of roles within a specific technical area of the business that is spanned globally.

As the positions you'd hire would not only be international but also very niche in required skillset such as researching, data scientists and analysts the person suitable for this role would need to be familiar with the sector or at least have a slightly technical lean in hiring experience.

The team are very collaborative, they work collectively to support the whole business area for hires across support services too, so volume is high and previous high volume recruitment will be necessary for the person joining.

Responsibilities include:

Managing vacancies across a diverse range of functions and locations

Manage stakeholder relationships, developing a very strong understanding of the business, teams and requirements

Source candidates via direct channels including social media, talent mapping, drive mobility, referrals and alumni etc.

Conduct interviews providing a competency based assessment

Build pipelines of potential talent for future roles and manage brand building events and campaigns

Support EMEA regional recruitment strategy, contributing to and implementing initiatives to global projects

Review performance measures and metrics, making recommendations for improvements

Candidates suitable for this position will:

Be educated to degree level or equivalent

Will have a minimum of 3 years in recruitment to include full lifecycle experience, interviewing, direct sourcing and high-volume hiring

Have experience in a professional services business, or closely aligned technology or analytics hiring experience
