If you are currently working as an HR Consultant, or as a Junior HR Business Partner if so we may have just the opportunity for you.

They are looking for someone to join the team to support the Business Partners by designing and delivering various projects & work streams across all business areas. This will include projects focussing on organisational design, performance and talent management, employee engagement and more - the possibilities are endless!!



The role


In this role you will be expected to lead the design and management of any project, in partnership with the business, to ensure fantastic stakeholder management and communications throughout. You may also be asked to analyse and report on HR MI and support the business in coming up with solutions and strategies to address any potential issues and shortfalls. You will be an expert HR professional, and will be a trusted face to the business..



What do you need to be considered for this role?


You will be a confident, personable and people oriented HR professional (fully or part qualified) with previous financial services experience who is happy and to go out into the business and support the HR agenda. Having a commercially focused mind-set is very important in this role, so please don't be put off if you don't have formal project management experience as the client are really looking for someone with the commercial ability and aptitude to work on HR projects ensuring they are implemented with a business stakeholder mind set.

Influencing and communications skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change are absolutely key - you will be keen to identify opportunities for improvement and won't be afraid to suggest new and different ways of doing things.

Perhaps you have been in a supportive HR generalist role with exposure to working on HR related projects, and you're looking to make the next step to work in a business partner model? Or you have experience of working on HR projects together with an excellent understanding of HR principles and practices?
