An opportunity has arisen with a leading, global consultancy firm within their Human Resources department. The HR team supports over 1000 employees covering all areas within EMEA.
This role will offer excellent exposure to various areas of HR, including, generalist HR duties, graduate recruitment, recruitment and on-boarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development and global mobility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing employee relations, taking guidance from HRBPs.
- Supporting HRBP's with a variety of generalist tasks.
- Holding exit interviews and noting/analysing trends.
- Working closely with the L&D team to ensure effective graduate training plans are developed.
You must be of graduate calibre (or equivalent) and have HR Generalist experience. Only applications from candidates who have spent time working in HR within in a professional services environment will be considered. Experience with PeopleSoft HR database or CIPD qualification is highly desirable, although, not essential if the candidate has HR generalist experience.
