HR Operations Consultant
A financial services firm, based in South West London, is looking to appoint a HR Operations Consultant to lead the review of HR processes across the business.
Working as part of the wider HR team, this role will have responsibility for leading the review of the firms HR processes, following on from the centralisation of HR into their South West London office. The role will help to map work-flows and streamline employee relations, learning & development, recruitment & resourcing as well as payroll processes, whilst maintaining, or improving service levels.
The successful candidate must have worked in an HR Operations role, or be able to demonstrate experience of implementing HR processes improvements as part of a generalist role. Candidates with experience of working with multiple stakeholders, ideally from within a financial services, or other global matrix business are preferred.
This is initially a three month contract, paying up to £60,000 PA, with an immediate start. To be considered, please apply with an updated CV ASAP.
