EMEA Compensation Manager
An exciting opportunity to work with one of my leading global investment banking clients has arisen for a maternity cover contract to start as soon as possible. The role will be managing reward Governance and Regulation whilst across the EMEA region. You will be working collaboratively with Country HR Business partners and advising them regional regulatory issues, policies, practices across an everchanging remuneration landscape. You will join a high performing EMEA Compensation and Remuneration regulatory team in a role which will be wide reaching with geographical regions and business areas.
Responsibilities will be split across managing regulatory and cash compensation. You will support the business through year end processes, analysing market data and management reporting whilst tracking new hire and or existing employee compensation. Alongside this you will be evaluating remuneration policies and practices ensuring these are in line with UK, EMEA and US regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role you will have worked previously in a global financial services institution and Tier 1 experience is desirable. You will be confident working in a fast moving, ever changing environment and will be solution orientated, ideally with EMEA experience. Please apply for more information.
