International Benefits Manager
A global Financial Services organisation base in the City of London is looking for an International Benefits Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Pensions and Benefits, the Manager will be responsible for leading on all benefits matters for Europe, America, Africa and the Middle East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global firm and be the key point of contact for BAU benefits and support on an upcoming flexible benefits implementation, as well as working closely with the international pensions team to ensure that both areas are aligned globally. Key requirements:Solid knowledge of benefits, ideally within financial services or a consultancy environmentUnderstanding of benefits in the Middle East and Africa would be preferableKnowledge of the diversity of pensions governance across UK, US and ideally ME and AfricaAbility to build sound relationships with key stakeholders globallyCurious with excellent communication and project management skills To be considered for this opportunity, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
