We are working with an on-site recruitment team at an investment bank on an opportunity for a Recruitment Partner. The person in this role will be responsible for tech/IT hires across the bank, as such prior experience recruiting for tech roles in financial services is necessary.

You'll be reporting to the onsite Head of Recruitment whom is a good Manager and mentor however you'll also have autonomy in building relationships with your stakeholders, HR, vendors etc. independently. The team are small and very much integrated, this is a partner role therefore relationship management of the highest quality is necessary.

You will manage recruitment processes end to end with the support of the Recruitment Coordinator but will not shy away from any stage including direct sourcing via several means (LinkedIn, advertising, referrals etc.), screening and interviewing candidates to present to hiring managers, managing relationships with all parties throughout including hiring managers, candidates, agencies.

Suitable candidates for this role will:

Have experience recruiting IT / tech positions in to financial services either from an agency or in-house position

Have experience sourcing candidates directly from writing adverts to LinkedIn searching

Have interviewing experience

Be confident working in a fast-paced environment whilst upholding absolutely professionalism and attention to detail
