A global law firm has unique opportunity for a Client Services Manager with a background in corporate immigration. The role will operate as a main point of contact for key clients covering jurisdictions across APAC.

This is a newly created position and can offer huge growth potential & the opportunity for regular travel across the region.

Your responsilbilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients for immigration queries across the APAC region
  • Working closely with both regional teams and international partners
  • Advising clients on country specific queries and assisting with applications
  • Delegating casework to regional teams
  • Assist clients with issues surrounding SLA or casework
  • Monitor immigration trends within the APAC region and report these to Global Management teams
  • Lead on all client engagements specific to immigration across APAC

You will have:

  • Expertise in the APAC region immigration regulations and processes
  • Experience in handling heavy caseloads across a number of time zones
  • Strong client services experience specific to immigration
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong abilities in problem solving
  • Strong experience within Global Immigration including high volume amount of work permits
  • Proven experience of managing a team is essential
  • A qualified Lawyer would be preferred, although candidates who can demonstrate strong experience across APAC will also be considered
