Here at Oakleaf Partnership we are currently experiencing a high volume of permanent HR Manager roles and are interested in speaking candidates who are interested in this type of role.We are specifically looking for Senior HR Advisors who are looking for their next step up or HR Manager's who are ready for a new challenge. You will manage your own area within the HR department and work at a Generalist capacity.Typical duties will include:Insight and Solutions: advising leaders and managers on the development of departmental strategies and plans across the businessOrganisational Design and Change: collaborating with managers to understand challenges and opportunities within the organisational design and identifying changes in order to deliver the strategic goalsEmployee Relations: lead of complex and high end ER issues including investigations, advising leaders chairing disciplinaries and other potential issuesPerformance and Development: working with managers to develop tools and capabilities to create a high performing cultureAttraction, Retention and Succession: talent mapping and working with leaders to identify key roles and potential successorsEngagement: designing and running projects to drive employee engagement and supporting delivery of engagement surveysExperience supporting or leading on the above is essential.
