Compensation Specialist, Marketing and Advertising
My client, a leading Global Marketing and Advertising agency with an expanding HR team are looking for a Compensation Specialist. You will be responsible for providing the end-end management of their Payroll and Benefits administration for the UK and US Offices.
You will be solely responsible for managing the in house Payroll for a headcount of 300 plus including the onboarding and offboarding of employees, making changes in employment details, and managing and coordinating the changes associated with these changes. You will also be responsible for reviewing salary benchmarking data, providing advice on salary bands and compensation strategies as well as reviewing their benefits offering to ensure they are a market leader.
You will have strong payroll experience and will be a real team player. Similar experience in a fast paced sector would also be useful. If you are interested in this role, please apply online.
