Global Talent Marketing Manager - £70k-£80k - London

Our client is a leading Technology organisation. They have an exciting opening within the recruitment team for a Senior Recruitment Marketing/Employer Brand & Attraction Specialist to drive the brand and talent marketing strategies on a global scale. This is a newly created position and a real chance to make an impact!

Please note: Our client is specifically looking for an individual with a background in Recruitment marketing and branding gained in a Corporate environment., preferably with strong links to the Tech industry

Global Talent Marketing Manager - £70k-£80k - London - Job Role

This role gives you the real chance to create and support the development and implementation of an attraction strategy during a significant period of growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing an attraction strategy to raise the profile of the company and the employer brand, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Creating a social media strategy and introducing/using market-leading tools to utilise such channels in order to attract top talent.
  • Implementing a range of appropriate performance measures and metrics which can measure and monitor the effectiveness and ROI of the new attraction methodologies.
  • Looking at benchmarking activity to ensure the attraction strategy is as effective as possible and aligned to their competitors.

Global Talent Marketing Manager - £70k-£80k - London - Key Skills

  • A depth of experience gained working in an inhouse recruitment/resourcing environment, with the ability to analyse and evaluate the current processes then provide a range of solutions.
  • Understanding of and enthusiasm for the recruitment marketplace, with the ability to design an attraction strategy and toolkit appropriate to a number of sectors and channels.
  • Strong understanding of the Tech / Software industries and their recruitment challenges would be highly beneficial
  • The personality and gravitas to engage with all levels across the business, gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders whilst engaging within a fun, dynamic team.
  • A strong project manager with the ability to run an effective end-to-end process, to both time and budget, and with the maximum impact, in a highly commercial environment.
  • Advanced Excel user and ability to use macros
