Our North West based client is the UK's leader in its niche sector. Operating for over 15 year and employing c 650 people this is an exciting time to join the business and working with the UK Executive board, help take it to the next level. This role reports into the Global HR Director and will be working closely with the UK MD.
They're a fast-moving, innovative, people centric organisation currently experiencing double digit growth and they're looking to appoint their a Head of HR to drive forward the people strategy.

Quite simply we're looking for a Head of HR to develop a holistic people strategy and working with the existing team of HR professionals, implement and embed the new strategy into the business. The new Head of HR will drive a high performance culture and enable delivery of the corporate strategy.
The new Head of HR will have responsibility for the HR team ensuring they deliver a world-class people service, along with coaching of the senior team. Moving forward, there is more to be achieved around key areas such as talent, engagement, succession planning, employee development and organisational culture.
So who will this role suit? Whatever your background, we're looking for a commercially focused and technically strong HR professional who has the ability to operate within an ambiguous, fast paced and demanding environment.
You may be experienced in working with large blue-chip organisations and feel now is the time to run your own business area for the first time. You will have the ambition and ability to move into the number one position and be ready for that next step.
Alternatively, you may already be in a number one role, having already operated as part of an Executive Board in a smaller values driven organisation. This role could provide the opportunity to be part of an organisation with a more ambitious and positive future.
Despite its size, "rolling up one's sleeves" is also important and we will be looking for candidates to demonstrate they can work at pace in a fast moving highly competitive business.
