We are looking for experienced financial or professional services Recruiters to join a newly forming recruitment team as it transitions from the RPO model towards an in-house model. This is an exciting time to join our client’s business as they separate from a larger Group and look to establish their own core HR Operations.
As a Recruitment Partner you will play a pivotal role in all hiring activity in a division or geography. You will become an expert in the business you serve, building an in-depth understanding of the talent requirements in your business area(s), forging close effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrating a genuine passion for the recruitment of the best candidates for the business.
We are looking for those with solid 360 recruitment experience, ideally developed from an internal environment where you can demonstrate proven success in driving direct hire resourcing methods. Previous recruitment experience of white-collar professionals in a financial, professional or business services environment is preferred. Some experience of managing assessment centres would also prove beneficial in this role.
