Organisation Design and Development Manager


Fixed Term 2 Years

You will work with business and functional leaders and other key stakeholders to analyse, assess, recommend, design and deliver organisational solutions that enhance the student experience.

You will act as a strategic lead interface between the HR function, the programme and the business embedding the student journey transformation project and a wider programme of transformation

You will agree with the programme board an approach, deliverables and plan for the entire organisational design requirements for the programme.  You will then work with a small team in the programme and HR to lead on the delivery of that plan ensuring the leadership team are engaged with progress and status.

Ideal Candidate

You will have the credibility to advise the Programme Sponsor, Transformation Director and University Leadership on options to best align the organisation to the objectives of the Transformation Programme and wider organisational change ambition.

You will also work closely with the University’s HR leaders to ensure the approach is fully aligned and supportive of people policies and that they are fully sighted on the resource needed within HR to support this workstream and can support its delivery.

You will have experience of working collaboratively across workstreams and familiar with being fully integrated with the wider transformation programme deliverables and timeline.
