Senior HR Business Partner - Up to £80k - Hampshire - Job Role

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and working closely with the wider HR team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Using data as a starting point to identify business needs, form insights and build projects to further business success
  • Working with senior stakeholders and managers across the organisation to ensure their client groups are as high performing as possible
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team to ensure the day-to-day HR responsibilities are delivered to a top class standard, rolling your sleeves up
  • Having a focus on talent - strategically planning and executing projects around talent identification, mapping, role profiling, frameworks and associated behaviours, linking this with comp & bens.

Senior HR Business Partner - Up to £80k - Hampshire - Key Skills

  • Experience built within a fast-paced, agile, mid-sized organisation where you've seen what good looks like in terms of a high growth curve
  • International, multi-site experience having managed HR across a variety of geographies, sizes and scales
  • A data mindset with the ability to take the data, analyse it and make valuable business suggestions off the back of it
  • The intellectual curiosity to delve into what they have so far and to make suggestions around how things can be improved and developed to the next level, ensuring their people grow with the business
  • The gravitas to engage with all levels of the business effectively whilst still being happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to the day to day HR pieces with energy
