My client are a national, high-end luxury care home provider, based in Buckinghamshire. Due to an exciting time of growth for the business, they require an in-house recruiter to join them on a 6 month FTC basis. This role will join a small central HR team, report into the HR Director, and work closely with both the Recruitment Business Partner and the HR Managers across the different sites. The in-house recruiter is responsible for providing recruitment support for the business in the care homes across a diverse range and level of roles. Duties will include: High volume recruitment - forecast of 70 vacancies before the new yearPlacing job advertsCV screeningConducting telephone and face to face interviewsWork with Recruitment BP and HR managers on-site with the implementation of specific initiatives to meet local recruitment needsRaising the profile of the business through branding and other talent attraction processesDevelop proactive recruitment plans for new and operational care homes and ensure they are implementedEnsure that recruitment costs and agency costs remain low Skills/Experience: Previous end to end recruitment experienceAbility to drive, with car - as travel across the South-East of England will be requiredBe value led, with a strong work ethicBe passionate about the business and the care they give As this role is a contract position, you must be immediately available to be considered!
