HR Services Manager
My client, a leading multinational business and a top 5 global player in their field, now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to join their Human Resources team. Reporting to the Head of HR Services and working alongside other HR service teams, you will oversee and lead a large team in the delivery of efficient, accurate and proactive HR systems, data processing and reporting services for the UK business. As a strong people manager with experience of leading large teams (6 direct reports) in an HR shared services environment, you will possess a passion and proven track record of developing and managing others to deliver high quality outputs and objectives, whilst simultaneously find ways to bring continuous improvement, simplification and enhancement to HR systems, tools and processes. You will also demonstrate a naturally customer-focused approach, excellent prioritisation and relationship management skills and be highly adept in managing multiple stakeholders, with frequently competing priorities and deadlines. Previous experience of working with I-Trent and Taleo would be desirable, and CIPD qualification (or equivalent) would be preferred.
