Reporting into the Head of Reward, the focus of the Benefits Manager will be to take ownership of the Management and Administration of UK Benefits. This role will focus on benefit renewals, processing and communication. You will manage all 3rd party relationships, conduct regular audits, pension administration, and being the Benefit expertise within the team.
To be successful in this role you with have proven experience of Benefits as well as strong data analysis skills and attention to detail. Strong Excel skills is a pre-requisite along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
