- Responsible for the general HR related administrative aspects of the role
- Will be responsible for supporting employees with HR related queries.
- Be competent using HR systems and ensuring that these systems are accurate
- Guarantee all HR processes are followed with precision and in a timely manner
- Producing a range of reports on a monthly and weekly basis
- Provide assistance to senior management to aid business decisions, improvements and any immediate issues.
- Previous experience within an Human Resources role is essential
- Must be able to manage own workload whilst carrying out tasks that will support the senior members of the team
- Use own initiative to identify areas for improvements regarding processes and communicate and implement those changes
- Have a high level of professionalism with good communication skills
- Be driven and self-sufficient, with the ability to listen
- Use HR systems with confidence
