HR TUPE Manager
Our client, a significant facilities management organisation has an exciting opportunity for an interim TUPE specialist to support through an upcoming project. You will be an experienced TUPE specialist leading whole projects from initial consultation to integration and streamlining. Key Responsibilities will include:Leading on all people elements of TUPE activity within the UK projectWorking as an integral part of the HR team throughout the change programOverseeing the HR components of TUPE to ensure appropriate cost analysis and HR risk management is taken into account and briefed to all the key stakeholders.Liaise with the recognised trade union and employee representatives of the Company as necessary and with trade unions subject to recognition as a part of the TUPE process.Responsible for ensuring that our policies and practices are compliant with TUPE and wider employment legislation. Candidates will ideally have a background within business who are in a growth phase. You will have the ability to work independently however will have a small HR team around for ad hoc support where required.
