A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a diligent and ambitious Payroll Manager to join a marketing leading brand.

Key responsibilities:

Provide a comprehensive and professional payroll service to employees ensuring all payroll administration and queries are delivered in a timely manner in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
Manage Payroll specialist
Manage all payroll processes, queries and issues
Processing the monthly payroll for the UK and selected European/Global countries
Uploading the monthly Pensions data
Support with general enquiries from Inland Revenue & staff at all levels
Support the testing and development of new Payroll systems and processes throughout the Company.
To produce year-end information re: P60's P11D's etc.
To manage the salary review process and ensure documentation is processed accurately and on time.
To assist with general HR and payroll FCA compliance requirements.
Provide payroll administration support for Benefits administration.
To assist employees, HR Team, Line managers and the business with payroll queries/issues.
To assist with HR issues including: Benefits (BUPA/Pension/Life Assurance/Season Ticket loans and Gym Membership), and Absence Management/Holidays.
To assist the HR team on ad hoc projects.
Maintain comprehensive HR records in line with legal requirements.
Ensure all HR related invoices are recorded, checked and processed.
Ensure annual events are delivered accurately and on time.
Provide support on ad-hoc projects as required.
Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups, to stay current on employment law, developments & innovations in HR delivery & thinking. Encourage, support and coach other HR team members in their own development.
Maintain a positive and solution oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the HR department and the company as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive and beneficial relationships.
Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.
Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
