This global Financial Services firm of circa 2,500 employees based in the City requires an experienced HR Director of HR Operations, Data, Analytics & Payroll. You must have HR experience.

Key accountabilities:
*Manage staff across several teams: HR Operations, HR Administration & the Data Governance/HRIS/Analytics teams
*HR Operations - manages all processes & tasks including payroll, mobility & benefits
*Data/HRIS/Analytics teams - ensure workforce information is correct & insightful
*HR Administration team - supports the HR Operations team by ensuring all lifecycle processes are accurate & business appropriate
*Member of relevant Management Committees
*Provide relevant data alongside the organisational design & efficiency programmes
*Build a comprehensive workforce analytics capability
*Develop the HRIS strategy

Essential skills & experience:
*Degree ideally in Business or HR or equivalent
*Extensive HR experience in corporate, matrix organisations
*Experience in managing efficiency improvements & process re-engineering projects
*Strong analytical capabilities
*Excellent HRIS knowledge
*Excellent communications & presentation skills
*International experience
*Large scale cross functional project & programme experience around data warehousing
*Change agent - cultural change
*Exposure at Board level
*SAP & desirable Successfactors
