Macildowie HR are delighted to be working in partnership with a well recognised brand in looking for an HR Administrator. This role will be based in Northampton providing administrative support to the HR team on site. This role is a permanent position paying up to £20,000 depending on experience.
You will be responsible for looking after all new starters administration, including offer letters, contracts, references and sending out relevant information upon hire. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in recruitment by looking at candidates CV's, responding and delivering feedback to candidates and supporting the recruitment managers with any administration. This role will enable you to answer any first line queries from line managers and helping with HR and system queries. Due to a recent implementation of a new HR system, you will be heavily involved in helping to roll this out amongst employees and being the 'go to' person with first line advice and queries around this. You will offer support to the HR Advisors in the team by collating information around appraisals and ensuring that the database is kept accurate and up to date.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have previous HR Admin experience and be driven within that role. This is a fast paced environment that needs someone to be organised and used to dealing with a high volume workload. It is important that a high level of customer service is delivered with this role.
