Regional HR Business Partner
Our client, a leading UK Hospitality business is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner for cover their South-East region (excluding London).
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be accountable for providing HR Generalist support to the Senior Leadership across your region.
- This role sits with a structured HR function and whilst reporting in to the Head of HR, has a strong reporting line to the Operations.
- Acting as a true Partner, you will drive commercial output through the commercial people plan.
- Partnering the management team to project manage HR practices within the business.
- Leading company's talent management processes within the business area, including performance/potential management, manpower planning and succession planning.
The Ideal Candidate;
CIPD Qualified and ideally a Graduate, your career to date will show clear progression within fast paced, multi-site businesses, namely in Retail or Hospitality.
You must have worked within a true Business Partner capacity, supporting the senior management team in defining People Plans to match commercial requirements.
