Interim Compensation Specialist
My client, a leading global professional services firm, are looking to hire an experienced Senior Compensation Manager on an interim basis.
The client has recently introduced a new compensation model and they need to appoint senior/experienced compensation professional that can understand the model and what they are trying to accomplish. This person will then need to partner with the HR Directors, the regional HR Partners and key business stakeholders (at quite senior levels) to review the model and to land the proposed go forward structure.
This role will require exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills given the complexity of the model and global matrix structure.
The role is to start ASAP and is likely to be for 6 months. The position will pay a day rate and requires experience operating in a similar role in a large, global corporate environment.
